: Chef İlhom İkramov, a member of the Kyrgyzstan Cooks Union, attended the Culinary Practices course conducted by Nadira Turganbaeva, who is a lecturer at the Department of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, on 01 December 2021. Within the scope of the lesson, T-bone Steak, Rib-eye Steak and Cowboy Steak applications were made with our students.
