REFEREEING IN THE COMPETITION (04/12/2021)
As part of the popularization of the "Restaurateur" profession, on December 4, 2021, the HOREKA + club at the Zhannat Residence Hotel organized a competition of waiters, chief waiters and banquet managers among catering establishments in Bishkek. Sapargul Turdubekova and Dinara Isakova, professors of the "Restaurant business and the art of culinary" department, took an active part in the work of the jury.
