'III. Gastrotourism: Problems and Expectations' student panel 28/03/2024


"On 28 March 2024, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Oblast, the Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts organized a student panel titled 'III. Gastrotourism: Problems and Expectations.' The event commenced with opening remarks by Prof. Dr. Yasin Boylu, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, and Prof. Dr. Nurudin Kydyraliev, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Subsequently, students from the department presented 30 scientific papers focusing on catering and gastronomic tourism in Kyrgyzstan. Prizes were awarded to the top three reports, and discussions ensued regarding the future development of the students' research papers."
