Last Monday 10 Feb. 2025, renowned Japanese chef Satomi Haruka held an exclusive sushi-making masterclass, sharing the secrets of traditional sushi rolls with participants. Guests had the opportunity to learn the proper techniques for handling rice and nori while creating their own delicious rolls under the guidance of the master.
