MILK PRODUCTION – STATUS AND FUTURE OF KYRGYZSTAN


On May 27, 2022, Lecturer of the Food Engineering Department of our faculty Dr. Aygul Usubalieva held a Panel titled "Milk Production - The Situation and Expectations of Kyrgyzstan". "Kant-Milk" Ltd. general Manager of the company Jambul John and the Head of Food Technology Department of Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov Prof. Dr. Mukaram Musulmanova and other dairy experts attended. Solutions to the problems in the dairy sector were discussed. The Framework Program of the Food Engineering Department was also discussed and the suggestions from the producers were also taken into consideration. The matter regarding the internship of the department students at the company was discussed. A cooperation agreement was signed between the company "Kant-Süt" Ltd. and Food Engineering Department.
