A concert prepared by senior students of the Department of Music at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University was held at the Congress and Culture Center.
Organized under the supervision of Associate Professor Anarbek Ibraev, the concert showcased the knowledge and artistic experience the students had gained throughout their academic journey. The program featured works from different periods and genres, offering the audience emotional and enjoyable moments.
Through solo and ensemble performances, the students received great appreciation for their strong interpretations and impressive stage presence. The works performed by the students of the Department of Music once again demonstrated the unifying power of art, bringing together the excitement of graduation and the bittersweet emotions of farewell on the same stage.
The graduation ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özkarcı, along with numerous faculty members and the families of the graduating students.
In his opening speech, Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özkarcı stated that they were celebrating together one of the most meaningful milestones in a journey shaped by years of hard work, discipline, and artistic dedication. He emphasized that the faculty had always strived to provide students with the highest quality education. He also noted that the graduates were receiving not only a diploma but also embracing the responsibility of contributing to society through the universal language of art. Furthermore, he stressed that although art is universal, every artist should draw inspiration from their own cultural heritage while opening themselves to the world.
Graduation concerts, traditionally organized by the Department of Music of the Faculty of Fine Arts, provide students with an opportunity to present the artistic skills they have developed during their education and highlight the university’s commitment to arts education.
