Visit to the Social Residential Institution “House of Hope”

As part of the “Social Responsibility” project at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, on March 24, 2026, the Department of Philosophy (Faculty of Humanities) and the Department of Music (Faculty of Fine Arts) conducted a joint visit to the “House of Hope” (Umut Üyü), a social residential care facility for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The initiative was led by the Head of the Department of Philosophy, Professor Zhyldyz Urmanbetova, Associate Professor Kishimjan Eshenkulova (PhD), and the Head of the Department of Music, Kursant Tilenchiev, accompanied by faculty members and students.

During the visit, students and faculty from the Faculty of Fine Arts presented a vibrant concert program, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere for the residents of the facility. Students engaged in meaningful interactions with the residents—sharing conversations, performing songs, and dancing together—while demonstrating profound care and compassion.

Furthermore, using funds allocated by the university administration, essential goods and daily necessities were purchased and donated to meet the specific needs of the residents. This initiative served as a vital platform for fostering social responsibility among students and strengthening universal values such as empathy, humanity, and kindness. The visit concluded in a deeply moving atmosphere, leaving a lasting and positive impact on both the students and the residents of the facility
