Widow's Mourning Rituals in the Traditional Life of the Kyrgyz People
On February13, 2024 Associate Professor of the Department of Oriental Studies and International Relations of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev, ethnographer, Dr .Dinara MOLDOKULOVA was invited as a guest lecturer by the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Humanities of the KTMU. Dinara MOLDOKULOVA delivered interesting presentation on the topic “The Custom of the Mourning Ritual of a Widow in the Traditional Life of the Kyrgyz People” as part of a series of seminars planned for the 2023-2024 academic year. The seminar caused an interesting discussion and participants asked questions.
