A Green Step: Sapling Planting Event on University Campus
Students of the Faculty of Science, Applied Mathematics and Informatics department took an important step towards protecting and greening nature. He participated in the sapling planting program as part of an event held on the university campus.
Students participating in the event showed great interest in planting saplings to emphasize the importance of nature and raise environmental awareness. While the saplings prepared within the scope of the event were planted in predetermined areas, students received environmental education through informative activities during the sapling planting process.
The sapling planting event provided great solidarity and motivation among the students. Participants strongly felt the emotional bond of planting saplings in the ground and integrating with nature. Many students emphasized that this event was not only about planting trees but also a start to increase society's awareness of natural resources.
Each sapling is a green legacy that reveals itself. That tiny seed contains a giant life inside. As it grows and develops, it feels the need for soil, water and air. We give him the love and care he needs.
