2023 - Special Issue Announcement

MANAS FORUM 2022: SECURITY AND POWER TRANSITION IN ASIA

Dear researchers, a special issue is planned to be published as MANAS Journal of Social Studies for the conference themed Manas Forum 2022: Security and Power Transition in Asia, organized by Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Within the scope of the special issue, articles on topics such as "Inclusive Peace and Security Order, Transformation of Security in Asia, Asia Again, Security Problems in Central Asia, Regional Organizations, Organization of Turkish States" will be accepted. We expect them to work within the scope and wish them good work.

Some Notes:

  • Candidate articles must be uploaded from the DergiPark system.
  • When uploading candidate articles, the description of "Candidate article for Manas Forum 2022: Security and Power Transition in Asia" Special Issue should be added to the "Comment to the Editor" section.
  • Candidate articles must be passed through similarity scanning software (Turnitin, iThenticate, etc.), and a document showing that they show a maximum of 30% similarity, including the bibliography, must be uploaded from the system.
  • "Ethics Committee Permission" is required for all kinds of research conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from the participants by using survey, interview, focus group work, observation, experiment and interview techniques.
  • Articles that are not in the scope specified above will not be evaluated.
