Appointment of the New Advisor to the Rector
Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özkarcı, a faculty member from the Department of Graphics in the Faculty of Fine Arts, was appointed as the Advisor to the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) on January 29, 2025.
The official appointment ceremony took place at the KTMU Rectorate, where Prof. Dr. Özkarcı received his letter of appointment from KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Doğan congratulated Prof. Dr. Özkarcı and wished him continued success.
