Congratulatory Visit to Deputy Minister Askaraly Madaminov
On October 14, 2025, Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan paid a congratulatory visit to Askaraly Madaminov, newly appointed Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and wished him success in his new position.
