Deputy Minister Askaraly Madaminov Paid a Courtesy Visit to Manas University
On 18 December 2025, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Askaraly Madaminov visited KTMU along with his delegation and met with Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan.
During the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan expressed his delight in welcoming Deputy Minister Madaminov and his delegation to the university, emphasizing that Manas University holds a strong position both nationally and internationally due to its quality education, scientific research, and cultural activities.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged ideas regarding culture, information, and youth policy, exploring potential joint projects and ways to further develop existing cooperation. The meeting concluded with productive discussions and evaluations.
