Sport Academy Rector Ermek Tukeev Visited Manas University
On 23 December 2025, Sport Academy Rector Ermek Tukeev paid a visit to the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. İsmet Altıntaş and Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov, and Secretary-General Dr. Fatih Ramazan İstanbullugil.
During the visit, information was shared about the academic and sports activities conducted at the Faculty of Sport Sciences of Manas University. The Traditional Sports Games Court was also introduced, and conducted and planned projects in this field were discussed.
At the meeting, possibilities for mutual cooperation aimed at protecting traditional sports, keeping them alive, and transferring them to future generations were evaluated. A consensus was also reached on holding events related to traditional sports games at the university and at the inter-university level.
The visit concluded with the exchange of gifts and a group photo.
