Rector Ceylan: “Our Students Are a Precious Responsibility”
Commenting on the renovation works, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan emphasized that student dormitories are not merely accommodation spaces, but important living environments where students spend a significant part of their academic life. He stated: “We see every student at our university as our own child. A significant number of our students pursue their education far from their families and hometowns. Therefore, ensuring that they live in safe, clean, hygienic, and peaceful environments is among our top priorities. We mobilize all our resources to support their education and continuously improve their living conditions.”
Student-Centered Approach
The KTMU administration stated that all renovation works carried out under the university’s student-centered service approach will be completed according to the planned schedule. Students are expected to begin the new academic term in more modern, comfortable, and functional living spaces following the completion of the upgrades.
