The Moral Dimension of God-Human Relationship (Prof. Dr. Hasan Ayık)
Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Hassan Ayik was the guest of the Friday Conversations at the Open Tribune in 03.24.2023 with the conversation titled "The Moral Dimension of God-Human Relationship."
Ayık started his presentation by classifying Allah's attributes and analyzing them in terms of language and logic. He especially drew attention to the verb phrase in language and the issue of self-correlation in logic. He drew attention to the fact that there is a relationship between God and Man in Personal Attributes: Essential relationship, God-Man is separate; In Subuti Adjectives: relational relation; In the names (in Esmaü'l Hüsna): Action. Accordingly, according to human power, he can realize names, all of which are moral virtues, as much as possible.
The conversation ended with the presentation of a certificate of appreciation by Prof. Dr. Kemal Polat.
