Symposium on Problems Related to Society, Economy, Family and Solution Suggestions of Clergy
On November 23, an international symposium titled "Problems Related to Society, Economy, Family and Solution Suggestions of Clergy" was held at the Ala-Archa Presidential Complex under the leadership of the Religious Affairs Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic. One of our faculty members, Asst. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Aiitmamat KARIEV participated with his presentation titled "Analysis of Some Terms in Kyrgyz and Islamic Family Law", touching on issues such as the age of puberty, dowry and stay, rights and responsibilities, which are among the current issues in the society regarding family law. Kariev focused on the possible dangers which may arise in case of misunderstanding of both religious and national identity.
