“Understanding Religion”
On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 15:30, Assoc. Dr. Bakıt MURZARAİMOV held a seminar titled “Understanding Religion” at the KTMU Faculty of Theology. The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Kemal POLAT, the chief advisor to the Rector of KTMU, academic and administrative staff, as well as university students. The speaker discussed the etymological and epistemological meanings of the concept of religion, what religion is, and how it should be understood. He concluded his talk by providing general information on how religion is understood in society. At the end of the seminar, students' questions were answered, and the chief advisor to the Rector of KTMU thanked the speaker and presented a certificate of participation.
