A seminar titled “The Understanding of Sacred Places in Islamic Civilization” was held


A seminar titled “The Understanding of Sacred Places in Islamic Civilization” was delivered to students by Dr. Ulanbek Kalmurza uulu, Research Assistant at the KTMU Faculty of Theology. The seminar addressed the historical, religious, and cultural dimensions of the concept of sacred places in Islamic civilization.

In this context, Dr. Kalmurza uulu provided detailed information about the Kaaba, Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and Jerusalem, which are among the most important sacred places in Islam. The seminar emphasized the central role of the Kaaba in the belief of tawhid, the religious and symbolic significance of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi for the Prophet Muhammad and the Muslim community, as well as the place of Jerusalem in Islamic history and civilization.

The seminar concluded with a question-and-answer session with the students.
