The Dean–Student Meeting
At our faculty, the voices of our students were heard directly at the highest level this time. Through the Dean–Student Meeting we organized, we came together to shape the future of our faculty collaboratively.
During this sincere and interactive meeting, students had the opportunity to share their perspectives on the current state of the faculty as well as express their expectations and suggestions directly. Thanks to the face-to-face discussions, not only existing issues but also possible solutions and new ideas were brought to the table.
With a participatory management approach, we continue to place our students’ opinions at the center of our decision-making processes. Because we believe that a strong future can only be built through thinking and producing together.
