Kyrgyzstan Cooks Union Vice President and Hyde Park Recreation Facilities Kitchen Chef Ernist Saipidinov attended the Culinary Practices course conducted by Sapargül Turdubekova, who is lecturer at the Department of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, on November 25, 2021. Within the scope of the lesson, T-bone Steak and Rib-eye Steak applications were prepared with our students.
