Our Students at the 13th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival


Tourism and Hotel Management School of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of 4 students and our school Instructor Nadira Turganbayev, Turkey Cooks and Chefs Association (TAŞFED) and World Chefs Association (WACS) 28 - held between 31 January 2015 The 13th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival in collaboration with ' participated in the contest held in.

A total of 2555 people, 1220 students and young people, participated in the competitions held in different categories with participants from 32 countries. The countries that participated in such a big organization showed a pleasant and exciting moments for the audience.

In addition, the most exciting and challenging competition of the festival, the Üniversitesi Best University of the Year ”category, which was attended by 4 countries and 23 teams, won the competition with a high degree of difficulty and lasted 70 minutes. We would like to thank Asel Seytkazieva, Kanat Sultanbekov, Aziza Halova and Zıynat Karimova for their success.

In individual competitions, Aziza Halova and Kanat Sultanbekov won the silver medal in the main course and restaurant dessert categories, and Zıynat Karimovaya won the bronze medal in the main course category. Representing the University before our race team in Turkey twice came also offering every assistance to Kyrgyzstan Celebrity Chef Şefika GÜNYEL submitted its consulting support and have contributed greatly to the success of the team.
