VISIT TO SHERATON HOTEL FOR 1ST GRADE STUDENTS
On September 30, 2022, the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts organized a study and research trip to the Sheraton Hotel for their first-year students. Mr. Salih Günaydın, Sheraton Operations Director, provided information about the hotel's concept, working system, and personnel policy to the students.
Furthermore, the hotel's Sales Coordinator, Zhibek Aisarieva, informed the students about the hotel's functioning system. The students also had the opportunity to meet with the hotel's General Manager, Hakan Aslan, and Executive Chef, Ramazan Usta, and learned about career development in the hospitality industry.
