"Fundamentals of Food Photography" 19/12/2023
On 19 December 2023, Dinara Isakova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts, organised an open lecture "Fundamentals of Food Photography" within the framework of the course GMS-409 "Food Stylistics and Photography". Food photography expert Aiperi Asankulova was invited to the lecture. Aiperi Asankulova showed and explained how to make a food composition. The seminar was very interesting and lively, students asked interesting questions. Aiperi Asankulova received a "Certificate of Gratitude" from the Faculty of Tourism.
