Master class with renowned baklava master Samat Suerkulov


On April 2, 2026, a special master class was held for students of the “Gastronomy and Culinary Arts” department as part of their “Turkish Cuisine” course. Renowned baklava master Samat Suerkulov demonstrated to the students the secrets of preparing one of the sweetest symbols of Turkish cuisine—baklava. The event generated great interest and provided the students with valuable practical experience.
