Activities:
Chinese Language Coordinatorship conducts 20-hour a week obligatory preparatory classes of Chinese language for the students of Chinese Language and Literature Department.
Teaching staff of the Chinese Department:
Teachers of the Chinese Coordinatorship are young teachers who have worked in institutions of higher and secondary education in China, who have shared a professional experience abroad and who gained lots of professional skills. One teacher (based on the agreement between the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and the Confucius Institute) is working currently.

Methods and techniques:
Teachers use modern teaching approaches and techniques, which help to develop all four communication skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking) of students. Teachers focus on applying and developing communicative and interactive teaching methodologies.
Lesson Materials:
As textbooks in our university, we use textbooks with English and Turkish explanations for students from Turkey and textbooks with Russian and Kyrgyz explanations for Kyrgyzstan citizens. In addition to these textbooks, workbooks, tapes, videos and televisions are also used in the language teaching process.
