OUR GOALS
Our main goal is to achieve the goals set in accordance with the basic mission and Charter of our university; to carry out, accurately and correctly, the activities of academic and administrative divisions in accordance with the law, Charter, and, rules and regulations; to ensure high motivation of employees in performance of their duties.
OUR TASKS are:
- to study human resources, which is a key factor in bringing our university to the level of leading universities in the world;
- to spread this concept within our institution; to provide high quality and efficient person-centered services to our employees;
- to monitor the development of human resources technologies used in developed universities;
- to develop and constantly improve existing technological infrastructure.
