Кыргыз-Түрк "Манас" университетинин Өсүмдүк клиникасы лабораториясынын максаттары:
Бакалавр студенттеринин практикалык сабактарын өткөрүү жана магистратура, аспирантура студенттеринин илимий изилдөө иштерин жүргүзүү. Entomology

Objectives of the Entomology Laboratory at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University:
To conduct practical training and research activities for undergraduate and graduate students, and to identify harmful insects causing yield losses in cultivated plants, as well as their parasitoids and predators. The laboratory carries out examination and diagnosis of pest samples received from producers, develops control measures, and works on integrated pest management techniques.

Phytopathology

Objectives of the Phytopathology Laboratory at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University:
To conduct practical training and research activities for undergraduate and graduate students, and to identify various microorganisms that cause plant diseases. The laboratory performs isolation of plant pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, and entomopathogenic bacteria, as well as biochemical, physiological, pathogenicity, and enzyme activity tests. For rapid and accurate diagnosis of plant diseases, the laboratory uses both classical diagnostic methods and molecular and serological techniques.

Herbology

Objectives of the Herbology Laboratory at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University:

Additionally, the Herbology Laboratory prepares herbarium specimens of weeds collected from agricultural fields.

Climate Chamber Laboratory

Description of the Laboratory:
This laboratory is actively used by students during winter months to conduct graduation thesis research for bachelor's and master's degree programs. The mini greenhouse in the laboratory is capable of maintaining optimal climatic conditions (temperature, light, humidity) for plant growth throughout experimental periods. It is particularly utilized in PLANT PROTECTION research to evaluate pathogen virulence on host plants.

Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Laboratory

Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Laboratory of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University conducts research on DNA and nucleotide structures of bacterial and fungal pathogens causing plant diseases, as well as phylogenetic diagnostics. Additionally, the laboratory studies genes responsible for entomopathogenic microorganisms and genes involved in the biological degradation of xenobiotics. It also investigates genetic mechanisms that provide pest resistance to abiotic and biotic factors. The laboratory is fully equipped with all necessary instruments to conduct these studies.

Nematology

Objectives of the Nematology Laboratory at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University:
To conduct practical and research activities for bachelor's and master's students, identify nematode species that damage agricultural crops, and develop control methods. The Nematology Laboratory performs diagnostics of harmful nematode groups, studies their population dynamics, and conducts resistance tests. Additionally, the laboratory identifies nematodes found in soil samples collected from agricultural fields and carries out faunistic research.
