Memorandum of Understanding Signed with KGFRAS Association
On February 27, 2026, in Bishkek, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between KGFRAS (Kyrgyzstan Forum of Rural Advisory Services) and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
The document was signed on behalf of the Association by Executive Director Kushubekov Kayrat, and on behalf of the University by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Aygün
The Memorandum aims to establish long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of science and education. The agreement предусматривает exchange of information and experience, organization of joint events, implementation of scientific and innovative projects, provision of internship opportunities for students, and facilitation of the transfer of research outcomes to the agro-industrial sector.
