Greetings from the Dean

Dear Students!

Through our professional faculty members, rich interdisciplinary academic program and modern technological infrastructure, we aim to ensure you receive a high-quality and relevant education. To balance theory with practice and help students gain useful professional skills, we have a fully-functioning television studio, plus studios for short films and documentary films, animations, photographs and advertisements, editing, computer laboratories, cinema, and a student newspaper.

Our faculty offers an objective and impartial education program that follows international human rights laws and that respects all people, regardless of religion, language, race or gender, and that is in agreement with professional ethics. Because of technological innovations in the area of mass communication, media has become a way of influencing society. Media can be used for exploitation or assimilation, for destroying national identity, national unity, and peace can be used to incite disorder. This is why media is such an important field. We want to prepare young professionals who know the world they live in, who think critically, are self-reliant, independent and brave.
