Seminar for Faculty of Communication Students on “Labor Rights and Obligations of Youth”
On February 18, a seminar titled **“Youth Labor Rights and Responsibilities”** was held at the Faculty of Communication of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. The seminar was conducted by Altynai Zhumalieva, Director of the Media Center of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, and Kairat Toroev, Chairperson of the Federation’s Youth Council.
During the seminar, the key labor rights and responsibilities of young people were discussed in detail. In addition, the legal foundations of employment contracts and working conditions were explained, along with trade union rights, including opportunities for organization and protection of one’s rights. Strategic and practical approaches to resolving issues encountered in professional life were also presented.
