“Inspired by Success – 2026”
On April 27, 2026, the Department of Economics of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University successfully held the event titled “Inspired by Success – 2026.” The event was organized to bring together graduates of the department and current students, motivate young people through real success stories, and provide career guidance.
The seminar, held at the Kasym Tynystanov Conference Hall, served as an important platform for students, faculty members, and invited alumni participating as experienced professionals.
The following alumni took part in the event:
• Gulzamira Turatbek kyzy – Senior Executive at DosKredobank;
• Prof. Dr. Amangeldi Zhumadilov – President of Salymbekov University;
• Sherbolot Askarbekov – Founder and CEO of Akbars Consult;
• Gulniza Omorkulova – Coordinator of the “Tunduk” Digital Government Project;
• Daniyar Ashirov – International Project Manager,
who shared their professional experiences.
Participants emphasized that every great success is built on hard work, perseverance, and continuous self-development. In particular, they highlighted that strong English language skills, active listening, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are even more important today than technical competencies.
The event was held in an interactive format, and the Q&A session allowed participants to freely express their ideas. At the end of the event, the guests presented commemorative gifts to active students who asked the most interesting questions. We believe that such events broaden students’ perspectives and serve as an important platform for helping them achieve their goals.
