Seminar on International Relations Theories

Dr. Volkan Kalender, who came to our university from Kütahya Dumlupınar University במסגרת the Erasmus Exchange Program, delivered a seminar for second-year students of our department.
The seminar, held in two sessions in English and Turkish, addressed international relations theories in its first session. The theoretical knowledge presented within an academic framework aimed to strengthen students’ fundamental understanding of the subject.
The second session proceeded in a question-and-answer format. In this part, how international relations theories are applied in practice was explained through concrete examples based on various contemporary and historical cases. The session, in which students actively participated, contributed to reinforcing theoretical knowledge through practice. The program concluded with answers to participants’ questions.
