Our Faculty Holds Collaboration Meeting with Rector of Kyrgyz State University of Culture and Arts Bübüsayra Beyshenalieva
On November 14, 2025, representatives of our faculty met with the Rector of the Kyrgyz State University of Culture and Arts, Koldoshev Tumonbay Rahmanovich. The delegation included our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özkarcı, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Banu Erdoğan Çakar, Head of the Music Department Lecturer Karagul Tilenchiev, and Head of the Performing Arts Department Lecturer Gülmira Tınaliyeva.
The meeting marked the first step toward potential collaboration in the field of arts. During the discussions, the two universities explored possible joint activities in cultural and academic areas. Rector Koldoshev expressed his satisfaction with the visit, highlighted the ongoing positive relations with Manas University, and emphasized the importance of formalizing cooperation with our faculty.
Speaking at the meeting, our Dean Prof. Dr. Özkarcı stated, “We are always ready to work together. By uniting our efforts, we can better serve our countries and the broader Turkic world.”
At the conclusion of the meeting, Rector Koldoshev presented our faculty members with his newly published book, “Kyrgyz Songs in Historical and Cultural Context”, and the meeting ended with a photo session.
The meeting was regarded as a significant step in strengthening collaboration between the two universities in both cultural and academic fields.
