Meetings between the Dean’s office and faculty students continue

Meetings between the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Humanities at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and faculty students continue as part of the student-centred management approach. Between 2 and 5 February 2026, meetings were held with students from the departments of philology, philosophy, history and turkology.

The meetings were organised with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ashyk, and focused on reviewing the teaching processes carried out within the faculty.

The main aim of the meetings was to directly obtain students’ opinions, their assessments of the faculty’s work and their wishes.

During the meetings, students expressed their satisfaction with the faculty’s infrastructure, shared their views on the teaching process and made recommendations for its improvement. The meetings were held in a friendly atmosphere.

It was emphasised that student feedback makes an important contribution to the institutional development of the faculty. The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ashyk, noted that students’ opinions and suggestions serve as a guide for the faculty’s management and stated that  the faculty is open to dialogue with students.
