New Head of the Department of Philology Appointed
On February 19, 2026, a new Head was appointed to the Department of Philology, which is set to offer four academic programs in the upcoming academic year. Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Aşık, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, visited the newly appointed Head, Prof. Dr. Cholpon Naimanova, to offer his congratulations and wish her success in her new role. Following a cordial meeting with the faculty members, the visit concluded with a commemorative photo session.
