Faculty of Humanities Celebrated ‘International Translators’ Day’
On 1 October 2026, the Department of Simultaneous Interpreting at the Faculty of Humanities celebrated ‘International Translators’ Day’!
The programme began with a special introductory video for first-year students who enrolled in the department for the 2026–2027 academic year. The event continued with poetry readings, song performances, and dance routines.
A fierce competition unfolded as part of a fun contest organised for the department’s new students, and the top three contestants were presented with prizes. The celebration, which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff and students, concluded with a group photo taken to commemorate the day.
