The Department of Educational Sciences at the 2nd International Symposium on Family and Values
The 2nd International Symposium on Family and Values, organized by the Faculty of Theology of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University under the theme “Family in the Turkic World,” was inaugurated on November 26, 2025, at the Kasım Tınıstanov Conference Hall with broad participation. During the opening session, Prof. Dr. Akmatali Alimbekov delivered a presentation entitled “The Representation of Traditional Family Gender Values in the Works of Kyrgyz Poet-Singers,” offering cultural perspectives of the Turkic world within the context of family and values.
Within the scope of the symposium, Prof. Dr. Yücel Öksüz, Head of the Department of Educational Sciences, shared his knowledge and experience with participants through his presentation titled “Boundless Children: Educational Recommendations for Families.”
