The book titled "Turkic World Studies" (Türk Dünyası Çalışmaları), edited by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kishimjan Eshenkulova from the Faculty of Letters at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Ahundova from Turkey, has been published in Turkey. The book consists of 15 chapters featuring research in the fields of language, literature, history, philosophy, and sociology of the Turkic world, with contributions from researchers in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan.
Dr. Kadiyan Boobekov, a faculty member of the Department of Educational Sciences, contributed to the book with a study titled "The Formation of Nicknames and Idioms in Kyrgyz." This chapter provides a detailed analysis of the differences between proverbs and idioms in the Kyrgyz language through various examples.
The cover of the book features a work by Azerbaijani artist Tariyer Beshirli. The motifs on this carpet, which is preserved in the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum and dedicated to the Turkic world, strongly emphasize shared cultural values and the spirit of unity within the Turkic world.
