In-Service Training For Teachers: “Conflicts and Ways to Overcome Them”

On February 19, 2026, a training entitled "Conflicts and Ways to Resolve Them" was conducted for teachers of school No. 52 by Dr. Kadian Boobekova, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy.

At the beginning of the training, a brief introduction was given about the concept of conflict and methods of resolving it. During the seminar, teachers worked in groups and actively participated in interactive games and practical activities. Possible conflict situations that may arise in the school environment were analyzed, and effective ways of resolving them were discussed.

The aim of the training was to develop constructive communication skills, active listening abilities, and negotiation skills, as well as to raise awareness about maintaining a positive psychological climate in the educational environment. Through drama and role-playing activities, conflict resolution strategies were demonstrated with concrete examples.

Such activities contribute to teachers’ professional development and strengthen teamwork.
