Spring Festival "Farewell, Winter! Hello, Spring!"
On February 27, 2025, the Department of Philology at the Faculty of Humanities of KTU "Manas" hosted a vibrant holiday organized by third-year students in the Russian Language and Literature program. Among the guests were the head of the department, Professor and Doctor of Philological Sciences Burul Sagynbaeva, teachers from the Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Esenov from the city of Aktau, as well as faculty and students from the Department of Philology.
The program was opened by third-year student Raigul Baktyarova, who shared her experiences studying at Baku State University under the Orkhun exchange program. Following her presentation, teachers from Aktau took the stage to provide information about their university and expressed hopes for further cooperation.
The students prepared a diverse program that included contests, musical performances, and stories about spring traditions from various nations, with a special focus on the holidays of Nooruz and Shrovetide.
The celebration proved to be bright, informative, and exciting, leaving all attendees with positive emotions and a springtime spirit.
