Chinese Culture Festival Held at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University
On 26 October 2026, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University hosted a Chinese Culture Festival aimed at introducing students to China’s rich heritage and traditional customs. The event provided an opportunity to experience Chinese traditions firsthand and encourage intercultural exchange across the university community.
The programme featured an introduction to Chinese language and literature, a dragon dance, traditional music and dance performances, and a theatrical presentation highlighting the history and traditions of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Interactive cultural activities and traditional Chinese games also gave participants an engaging way to discover different aspects of Chinese culture.
Organised with the participation of faculty members and students from the Chinese Language and Literature Programme, the festival promoted cultural diversity, mutual understanding, and dialogue between cultures.
