Students and Graduate Students Participated in an Interuniversity Conference
On March 26, 2026, Kyrgyz International University hosted a conference titled “Digital Human: Personality, Society, and Technology in a Hybrid World.” The event brought together students from universities in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
Students of the Department of Philosophy of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University actively participated in the conference:
- Fourth-year student Nagima Almazbekova — “The Spiritual Significance of Kyrgyz Proverbs and Sayings and Their Influence on Cultural Memory”
- Fourth-year student Aizat Asanbekova — “Cultural Memory and National Identity: The Philosophical Meaning of the ‘Zheti Ata’ Tradition among the Kyrgyz”
- Fourth-year student Aizhamal Shailoobekova — “The Exodus of the Kyrgyz People as a Manifestation of Historical Memory”
- Master’s student Zarina Shaibekova — “Cultural Memory as the Spiritual Foundation of National Identity”
During the conference, participants explored issues of cultural memory, national identity, historical consciousness, and spiritual heritage from a philosophical perspective, engaging in active discussions from the viewpoint of youth. At the end of the event, all participants were awarded certificates.
