On April 8, 2026, as part of the “One Student – One Book” project, a book donation event was held for the library of School No. 39. The initiative was organized by the Department of Philosophy. The event was led by the Head of the Department of Philosophy, Prof. Dr. Zhyldyz Urmanbetova, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kishimjan Eshenkulova. Master’s and undergraduate students of the department actively participated in purchasing school-related textbooks and in collecting philosophical, literary, and scientific works.
A total of 143 books were presented to the school during a meeting of the pedagogical council. We believe that each donated book will contribute to the spiritual enrichment of the younger generation, broaden their thinking, and help shape educated and socially responsible individuals in the future.
The main goal of the Department of Philosophy in launching such projects is to strengthen the relationship between university students and school students, build meaningful connections, increase students’ interest in reading, support their pursuit of knowledge, and contribute to their intellectual development. We believe that the donated books will serve as a valuable resource for students, encouraging further exploration and creative thinking.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all graduate and undergraduate students of our department who actively participated in organizing and implementing this initiative, to university faculty members who donated textbooks and academic works for school use, and to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Humanities for their support.
