On April 15, 2026, as part of ongoing seminar series organized by the Department of Philosophy within the Faculty of Humanities at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, a scientific seminar was held. Associate Professor Kishimjan Eshenkulova delivered a presentation titled «Artificial Intelligence and the Society of ‘Schizophonia’».
The seminar was attended by the faculty teachers and students of the Department of Philosophy, who discussed the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern society. In her report, Dr. Eshenkulova focused on the human being as a subject, exploring the forms, elements, and functions of consciousness – the highest characteristic of humanity. She also analyzed the algorithmic nature of AI, its Impact on human existence, and its future prospects. A major focus was placed on the schizophrenic state emerging in modern politics and society, which was analyzed as a critical epistemological issue.
During the event, students of the Department of Philosophy attended the seminar and engaged in a vigorous exchange of ideas regarding whether schizophrenic condition could be halted or mitigated, and whether there is a way out of such a societal state. Students actively contributed by sharing real-life examples of AI and expressing their unique perspectives. The relevance of the topic and the dynamic nature of the discussion further emphasized the importance of thr seminar as a platform for scientific inquiry.
