Physics is an experimental science that studies natural phenomena and investigates how and why they occur. Scientific statements and laws must be continuously verified in practice and supported by experimental evidence. Therefore, laboratory work plays a significant role in the development of the general physics course.

The purpose of laboratory work is to observe natural phenomena, examine physical principles and laws studied in class, prove their validity in practice, and investigate physical phenomena.

The importance of conducting laboratory work is not limited to the practical verification or reinforcement of theoretical principles and laws. While performing laboratory work, students take their first steps in experimental activity, learn to determine the true value of quantities, their units of measurement, and how to evaluate them.

The 18 laboratory experiments предусмотренные в учебной программе are carried out using equipment from Pasco Scientific (USA).
