Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Fellowships for Young Researchers
The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation fellowships for young researchers were presented at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
The Promotion Event organized by the International Relations Office of Manas University was held on March 13, 2023 at the Rectorate Conference Hall.
Dr. Katja Yang, Head of Asia Region of the Foundation's Sponsorship and Network Department, made the presentation, which academics and students showed great interest.
Before her speech at the Rectorate Conference Hall, Dr. Yang was a guest on the broadcast of Manas Radio and gave information about the activities of the Foundation.
Dr. Katja Yang made a presentation about the research fellowships provided by the Foundation to young researchers and explained the application requirements and the opportunities provided.
Katja Yang stated that the Foundation provides more than 700 research fellowships annually and offers scholars the opportunity to conduct research in Germany as part of a research project. In addition, Katja Yang also stated that young researchers are offered the opportunity to collaborate with senior academics and experts.
After her speech, Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karımşakov presented a gift to Dr. Katta Yang.
