“Deputy Rector Handover Ceremony” Was Held at KTMU
On April 25, 2024, the “Deputy Rector Handover Ceremony” was held at the Rectorate of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, during which Deputy Rector Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova handed over her post to political scientist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibraev Almaz Orozakunovich.
At the ceremony, which was attended by the Board of Trustees of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan thanked Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova for her services and wished her success in her professional life. Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova expressed gratitude to the Board of Trustees and all administrators for giving her the opportunity to carry out this honorable duty.
Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan extended his best wishes for success to the new Deputy Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Almaz İbraev, and expressed his pleasure at the prospect of working with him. Deputy Rector Assoc.Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev conveyed his honor at being appointed to such an important position and expressed his readiness to contribute as a member of Manas University, which has achieved great success.
