Board of Trustees Held a Meeting
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's Board of Trustees got together in the meeting that held at the Rectorship Senate Hall on 18 October 2024.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Chapak, Head of Strategy and Budget of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Ibrahim Shenel, Deputy Chairman of the Higher Education Council of the Republic of Türkiye/Member of the Executive Board Prof. Dr. Halim Haldun Goktash, Member of the Executive Board of Higher Education Council of the Republic of Türkiye Prof. Dr. Kemal Shenozhak and Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Rasul Abazbek uulu, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev, Deputy Head of Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Talgat Ashyrbekov and Deputy Head of Network Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Sharsheev attended the meeting.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Chapak who gave the opening speech, said that “Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, which is mentioned with it’s success in every field, will be carried to the further levels with continuous consultation and hard works put by us as Board of Trustees.”
Afterwards, KTMU Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan made a presentation about the developments at the University. In his presentation, he thanked to the Turkiye Republic's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Kyrgyz Republic's President Sadir Caparov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Chapak and all the Board of Trustees members for their attention and endless support to the Manas University which became a world brand for Turkic world's higher education.
Board of Trustees members also reminded that Manas University has carried Kyrgyzstan's higher education to the world level in the first time in it's history and thanked to the Rector Ceylan who made it possible this important success with the members of the Manas family.
During the meeting, University’s academic and administrative problems were discussed and agreed about important matter.
