President of the Turkic Academy Visits Manas University’s Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan
On September 26, 2025, the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan welcomed the President of the Turkic Academy Prof. Dr. Shahin Mustafayev.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mustafayev congratulated Manas University on its 30th anniversary, wished success for the new academic year, and emphasized the importance of the university’s educational activities in Kyrgyzstan.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan expressed his pleasure with the visit and extended his gratitude for the valuable contributions of the Turkic Academy to the university and for the joint initiatives carried out in cooperation. As part of the visit, Prof. Dr. Mustafayev was presented with a commemorative medal prepared specially for the 30th anniversary of Manas University.
In a sincere atmosphere, the two institutions also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education and science
